Originally a 3 star review and then Rylo updated their app. The more I use this thing, the more I like it. This device now deserves 5 stars. Low light performance is now a B. I don't know what they did, but now video in lower light conditions is now acceptable. Not great, but good enough. Huge improvement compared to before the update.
- The Rylo camera captures 360-degree video, but with the intent of cropping and displaying it in a traditional manner. It's a great concept, but it needs more pixels to deliver clear results.
- VSCO acquires Rylo, a startup focused on 360 video that, together with its tools for editing tasks, could contribute a lot to the company. So, whether you are VSCO users or if you should not be aware of what might come from this acquisition.
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. If you see the 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
- 7) There is no desktop app for RYLO, only MAC! That's right, THERE IS NO WINDOWS APP for RYLO. Just let that sink in for a minute. MACs only account for approximately 9.9% of the desktops in the entire world, but if you want to connect RYLO to a desktop, you are S.O.L. Unless you have a MAC.

- If you see the 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
If you can't request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com
If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information.
