Originally a 3 star review and then Rylo updated their app. The more I use this thing, the more I like it. This device now deserves 5 stars. Low light performance is now a B. I don't know what they did, but now video in lower light conditions is now acceptable. Not great, but good enough. Huge improvement compared to before the update.

1. The Rylo camera captures 360-degree video, but with the intent of cropping and displaying it in a traditional manner. It's a great concept, but it needs more pixels to deliver clear results.
2. VSCO acquires Rylo, a startup focused on 360 video that, together with its tools for editing tasks, could contribute a lot to the company. So, whether you are VSCO users or if you should not be aware of what might come from this acquisition.
3. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. If you see the 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
4. 7) There is no desktop app for RYLO, only MAC! That's right, THERE IS NO WINDOWS APP for RYLO. Just let that sink in for a minute. MACs only account for approximately 9.9% of the desktops in the entire world, but if you want to connect RYLO to a desktop, you are S.O.L. Unless you have a MAC.

If you can't request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com

If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.

If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information.
